Looking for investors that are willing to get involved with a group to buy out a developers project in Port St. Lucie. The project has 25 units priced from 200,000 - 350,000. 20 of the 25 are tenanted with renters until midway through 2008. The group will be able to 25% off of the current market value of the units. Its a brand new community with every amenity you can think of, from billiard rooms to tennis courts to BBQ areas. Its located on the treasure coast, minutes away from PGA village.
