What do you think as an "Investor" of our current Florida property tax issue?

I think the property tax situation is a pain for most of the homeowner's here in Florida. It has become much more of problem along with homeowner's dealing with insurance companies dropping them etc. I think those are two major areas that need to be addressed and something worked out.

Check out today's newspaper in the business section(Scripps) 03/16/07.
It posts all the different legislation bills that will be debated in Tallahassee,
I believe there are 7. One thing is clear, that any of the new proposed property tax changes will have a positive impact on this RE market. If they eliminate or roll back taxes to 2001 levels, investors can get back to positive cash flow.
